Weather Watch for Sunday Mass!

Currently the forecast for  11 AM Mass time this Sunday is not good.  But forecasts do change.  Please check our website www.missionofdivinemercy.org if you are in doubt about whether or not there will be a Mass.  A definitive posting will be made by 6PM Saturday evening.
We will also post an alert using the MyParish app.

THE YEAR OF

ST. JOSEPH

This year has been placed under the protection of St. Joseph.

It also marks the 150th Anniversary of  St. Joseph being named

the Patron of the Universal Church.

St. Joseph,
who, although he did not have the privilege of  being  born "immaculate,"
lived a life of such goodness

that he was chosen by God the Father
to be the protector of the Son of God and the Blessed Mother.

Dear St. Joseph,
We ask for your guidance and your protection during the upcoming year.
We ask you to protect us, our families, our Country and our Church.
Protect us from the attacks of the enemy and those who wish us harm.
Help us to follow the example that you set
and live lives of faith, humility and obedience to God.

( Mother Magdalene says that she finds great comfort
in knowing that this year is in the hands of St. Joseph.)

The Mission Will Close at 11 AM Today

Friday, Jan 8th

to allow for a gathering of Community and Staff.

COMING TO A CELL PHONE NEAR YOU

Even though the Mission is not a parish, we have recently adopted the "MyParish" app as an additional way of communicating with you.  It is available for free in the App Store.  Just download the app and select the Mission of Divine Mercy as one of your "parishes." The MyParish app provides helpful information about the Mission, along with Fr. John Mary's homilies, and the weekly Meditations, right to your phone.  But very importantly it will allow us to communicate urgent messages, such as a sudden change in Mass schedule, with those who have it.

St. Joseph's Effective Warfare Strategy

The Epiphany highlights a critical and vulnerable moment in the great spiritual battle. This battle continues, and we are all participants.  In St. Joseph, we see God’s surprising strategy from which we can all learn.

Yes, You Can Help!

Thank you for considering a donation in support of the Mission of Divine Mercy.  The Mission has no regular source of income, and we receive no diocesan funding.  Every bit of support comes from people like you; people whom God introduces to the Mission.  We try to steward your money wisely and make each dollar work hard for Him and for His people.
