 Great Graces
Are In Store
for YOU

Just Don't Seek to
Control Everything

Great graces are in store for you,
but to receive them you must be very little,
like children who have a limitless confidence in the love of their papa.
When you seek to reason out everything, to know everything ahead of time,
to control everything by human means,
you keep Me from acting as the God of Love that I am.
I ask neither for ability nor for great preparations on your part;
I ask only for confidence, your confidence in Me,
in the love of My open Heart for each one of you. -- Oct.12, 2007

In Sinu Jesu: When Heart Speaks to Heart

NOVENA ENDS TOMORROW, AUG 22

MEMORIAL OF THE QUEENSHIP OF MARY

(If you haven't been praying the novena, it is not too late.  Join us today!)

OUR INTENTION FOR THIS YEAR'S NOVENA

Dear Blessed Mother, we come to You with our prayers, asking You to
exercise Your Queenship  to protect and console all of Your suffering children.
We pray for those suffering physically, emotionally, spiritually  and financially from the Covid crisis.  And for those who suffer from the painful unrest and division in our country. Mother, we come to you as your children,
and we bring with us in prayer those who don't yet know You.
Gather us all into Your Immaculate Heart, under the protection of Your mantle.

For Whom Does the Bell Toll...

It will toll for Our Lord at the time of Consecration, and it will be heard by everyone who attends Mass on Tepeyac.
We have a new, temporary bell tower next to the sanctuary, thanks to the hard labor of digging through solid rock by Raul and Steve (who came close to a near-death experience in the process!).
At our outdoor Masses  people can be sitting at a distance from the altar and without a clear  line of site.  This can make it  difficult to hear the altar bells that ring at the Consecration. With our new bell tower, that will no longer be a problem!

PUBLIC MASS ON WEDNESDAYS

The public is invited to join with us for Holy Mass
every Wednesday  at 11:30 a.m. in St. Joseph Chapel.
(Please note the change in Mass time and remember that
the Chapel is not air conditioned.  There are fans, but it will still be warm!)

We hope to eventually offer daily Mass on additional weekdays,
but for the moment it will just be on Wednesdays.

REMEMBERING THEM

Our Memorial for the Holy Souls has probably been feeling a little lonely during this odd time that we have been going through. But the Mission has experienced more visitors in the past two weeks and several people have commented on how much the Memorial touched them.

We plan to send in our next Memorial Bricks order TODAY AT 4 PM.   If you would like to place an order in memory of  someone you love who has died, please use the button below.

WE APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT!

Thank you for considering a donation in support of the Mission of Divine Mercy.  The Mission has no regular source of income, and we receive no diocesan funding.  Every bit of support comes from people like you; people whom God introduces to the Mission.  We try to steward your money wisely and make each dollar work hard for Him and for His people.
