"Come to Me in the Sacrament of My Love... ...just as I am present in heaven, so am I present in the tabernacles of My Church on earth. ...If there is, at times, so little evidence of joy among My people on earth, it is because they ignore My Real Presence and fail to seek Me out where I can be found: in the Sacrament where I wait for sinners, to love them, to forgive them, to heal them, to hold conversation with them, and to nourish them even with My very Self. ....Call the faithful to My tabernacles! Tell them that I await them there, that I am not an absent God, and that, even in the mystery of My Ascension, I remain bodily present, although hidden beneath the sacramental veils, to all who seek My Eucharistic Face." Night Adoration: Taking up the secret cares of a sleeping world. "There are particular graces reserved for souls who keep watch before My Eucharistic Face during the night. Those who pray by night imitate My own night watches of prayer to My Father. How often would I keep vigil in the presence of My Father, conversing with Him in the silence of the night and taking up into My prayer the secret cares of a sleeping world, and even the groans of creation. You will discover that there is a clarity and a peace in nocturnal prayer that I do not give to souls at other times." A Friend Relates the Benefits of Saying "Jesus, I Trust in You." I want to let you know how much it means to me when I say "Jesus, I trust in You." Father John Mary told me about saying this small prayer when I first visited the Mission about ten years ago. Since then I have said it 10 times to 110 times ( or more!) daily. It brings my mind front and center to the presence of Jesus in every part of my life. When I am hurt or scared, it is a life line for me because I am reminded that Jesus will take care of me. When I am happy I say it as a thank you to Jesus for bringing me moments of joy. When Father suggested that I say this prayer ten times a day, my first thought was that it would take too much time--10 times! Instead I found that it only takes a minute or so, and now I find myself saying it throughout the day, in all circumstances, to remind me of Jesus' presence in everything. Father John Mary gave me such a beautiful gift when he taught me this short prayer. I can't imagine not saying it now. L.
