This Sunday, June 6
Feast of
Corpus Christi

In 1264, Pope Urban IV instituted the Solemnity of the Body and Blood of Christ as a universal feast for the Church. Of this feast, he said, “Although the Eucharist is celebrated solemnly every day, we deem it fitting that at least once a year it be celebrated with greater honor and a solemn commemoration.”

"The Eucharist is the Invention of
My Love"

"There  is nothing that I will not do for those who approach Me in the Sacrament of My Love. Look at Me! Here I am vulnerable, exposed, hidden, and yet entirely delivered over to you.  The Eucharist is the invention of My Love, and nothing surpasses it in all My works.  The Eucharist is more than creation itself; It is the crown of My Work of Redemption in this world, and the foretaste of the glory that I have prepared for those who love Me, in the next."

The Journal of a Priest at Prayer

"Jesus concealed in the Host is everything to me.
From the Tabernacle I draw strength, power, courage and light.
Here, I seek consolation in time of anguish.
I would not know how to give glory to God
if I did not have the Eucharist in my heart."

Memorial For Your Holy Soul

Over the years people have asked us for a way to memorialize their loved one out here at the Mission.  We asked God to show us an appropriate means and we believe that He inspired us with an approach that would allow people to not just acknowledge their loved ones and support the Mission, but help remind and encourage all visitors to the Mission of our sacred obligation to pray for the Holy Souls in Purgatory.

Fr. John Mary's Homily from Sunday, May 30

"That Your Joy May Be Complete"

The Feast of the Holy Trinity leads us to the ultimate Mystery.  We are called to share in it.  We experience sorrow now, but Jesus wants to give us His Joy.  Full.  Without limit or end.
